Dr Stephen Hicks is an accomplished technology innovator in the fields of neuroscience, machine learning, augmented vision and cybernetics.  he leads a research team developing wearable displays to boost sight for people with severe visual impairments.

Stephen continues to develop personalised computer vision technologies that enable new experiences and new ways of connecting in an increasingly disconnected world. He is passionate about the future of humanity and would like his digital self to eventually sail through the stars.
