Natalya is passionate about creating a new generation of diverse leaders in the tech industry. She is the architect of leadership development programmes that have trained over 3,000 leaders at companies across Europe and North America including Bloomberg, Breather, McCann Worldgroup and Daily Harvest.

Natalya is currently on the founding team at Academy, a startup training non-technical grads in leadership and technical skills and placing them in engineering roles in the UK’s top tech companies. Natalya is building out Academy’s Leadership-Driven Development (LDD) – a hybrid leadership platform and customer success function designed to accelerate the lifelong growth of Academy’s graduates in their careers.
