I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Neil Lavis during his time (2013-2018) as Director of Prisons in the Cayman Islands.

To me: “Leadership is about people, end of story” and Neil, with decades of experience as a leader in the Prison Service in UK and Cayman, has a wealth of experience and is, in my mind, an elite leader and someone I learn from every time we speak.
