Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, Kate Kandiah now lives in the UK and is the Founder and Executive Director of Cayman Connection, a not-for-profit diaspora community network for Caymanians living overseas.

Kate has a passion for the people of the Cayman Islands and global diaspora studies and is driven to connect Caymanians and celebrate their achievements across the globe.

Constantly learning, her second passion is mental health, wellbeing, and teambuilding. She is an Equine Assisted Psychotherapy practitioner, studies Organisational Psychology and plans to use these learnings in the work she does with Cayman Connection.
