I met Annikki some years ago in Cayman in the early stages of her Coaching journey. Now one of Cayman’s most experienced coaches (alongside her corporate career), I look forward to hearing her thoughts.

Annikki R. Hill was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister at Law by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in July 2007 and admitted to practice as an Attorney-at-Law of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in May of 2008. A few years into practice, Annikki was hired by one of her former clients, as their Manager and In-house Legal Counsel and remained in this position for almost 12 years. During this time she practiced as a part-time Coach, and served the Cayman community in various on Charitable and Government boards and tribunals. In 2022, Annikki joined the team at Cayman First Insurance as Vice President Group Insurance Solutions. She continues to coach leaders in her practice at the Blue Island Oracle.
