What is your time frame right now?
We are living in fast-changing times. Initially, we all focussed on moment to moment, then day to day, then week to week etc.
Right now, at one end of the spectrum, some remain focussed one day at a time. On the other end, some have a sense of urgency and even frustration that others are not yet looking out into the future as to what the societal and business world will look like and what opportunities there will be.
In my writing on Crisis Leadership over the last several weeks I have focussed on what I have sensed the broadest audience needs each day and each week.
As for myself, though, those who know me (and readers who look at my home page and the #BeMoreYou page), I am most energised supporting brave leaders with transformative visions. I am excited to see what comes next at multiple levels, there are many paradigms to smash! If that is you, if you are ready to look to the brave new future, I’d love to talk to you.
So, repeating my tip for today, check in with yourself with this one question:
What is my time frame right now?
