Having coached high-impact leaders over more than a decade, I’ve learned that you can’t solely think your way forward in a world where unthinkably rapid change is the norm.

My goal is to be a catalyst for the transformative place where your understanding, expertise and experience meets self-knowledge, bravery and humility. I employ radical candour, deep listening and subtle direction, leveraging knowledge and experience when needed.

My approach is about developing your intuition: a more heart-centered form of leadership based on a deep understanding of the language of business, from raw numbers and data to psychology and how people act energetically. Together we will model what works and layer onto it the energy required to catalyze your development as a paradigm-shifting leader.

How I Work

My commitment is that our work together will facilitate the greatest possible impact for you, your business, and the world. Over the years, I’ve evolved a method of working with clients that I’ve found brings the highest returns from mutual commitment over time.

At any one time I work with only a select group of visionary leaders, so for us to work together we must first establish our mutual “fit” and to confirm the timing is right for us both. We will therefore start with an introductory meeting or call to see where that takes us.

Every client engagement is different, though common elements include an introductory intensive session of typically at least a half day, followed by a commitment to calls or meetings at least twice each month for a minimum of six months.

I work with clients around the world utilizing a blend of face to face meetings and call/video platforms. For remote clients our initial intensive will typically be face to face to establish a strong platform, then we will ideally meet in person at least once or twice a year.

Your investment is based on the value you experience rather than any measure of the time we spend together. In fact, clients find that after a year or more of working together and developing deep understanding, our “face time” may decrease, but the value we create will definitely increase.
