I often tell leaders: “the less you do, the more valuable you are” (see post on the topic here), or, as the wise (and deep thinker) ShaneAParrish put it on Twitter yesterday:
Good decision-makers understand a simple truth: you can’t make good decisions without good thinking and good thinking requires time to think. If you want to think better, schedule time to think.
