I write this for the last day of 2020. In the UK, I forecast that we will be mostly, if not fully locked down now for the next three months as the government races to vaccinate as fast as they can while the virus appears to be continuing to spread in an accelerated fashion.
This is the time of year when the days are short, the weather coldest and people’s moods and temperaments at their most vulnerable, all coming nearly a year into the pandemic.
At this time, more than ever, a simple wish to take into 2021.
We are all having a shared experience through the pandemic, so we all know it is tough. So, please be kind, to yourselves and to each other.
