Alan Moore of Beautiful Business is a visionary of deep thought, care, intent and passion who is often way ahead of others in his ideas and direction.
I have the great privilege of being at the beginning of supporting him as the “Keeper of the Vision”, a vision of a world of Beautiful Leadership, of Beautiful Business.
A month or two ago I sent someone an email with the subject line “Beautiful Leadership”. They replied right away with:

Now, how are we beginning this journey? Soon, in mid-November, a group of around 10 people will come together to make a start at what we are calling a “Beautiful Gathering”. Writing this now I lift myself out of the planning mindset and am truly excited about this, as well as what is to come.
Whilst this is invitation only and a “full house” (literally, a 10 bedroom country house!), let me share with you a recent email Alan sent to that group so you can see what we are looking to begin creating with them. This gathering is bringing together a group of masters in their craft. That is you, all
of you. I am deeply grateful.
Our theme, our context is to EXPLORE BEAUTY in relation to ‘Better Human, Better Leader, Better Maker’ — What does it mean to be a Beautiful Business?
My intention is this gathering will become the core of the transformational programmes we will design then deliver together. We will have started the work to form our community and form our framework.
