One tiny Kilkenomics tip that tangentially makes that point is that each year I pick a few panels to attend at random, I don’t just pick the ones I think I’ll find of specific interest.
In doing that I’ve learned some fascinating things and found new dots to connect in unusual ways and wildly varied areas.
