Today I am reminded of the power of capturing learnings in different ways.
This week I ran a team offsite for a client and felt to ask them to check in after a full morning session by individually thinking of and then sharing three things they had picked up from the session:
- Key Learning
- Blinding Flash of the Obvious (or “BFO”)
- “Ah-Ha| (or “lightbulb moment”)
The group was around 12 people and my own BFO was how powerful it is to have people share their own “KL”, BFO and Ah-Ha.
Try it yourself sometime, it may create a few “ah-ha” moments, perhaps some “BFOs” and even from Key Learnings for you!
