Many thanks to my wise friend Bruce Lloyd for both looking at and having a multitude of AIs “summarise, critique and identify the core learning messages in AskTom.chat, and then running it through NotebookLM to create this stunning and visually gorgeous document. As this AI analysis notes, AskTom has created a new category, Augmented Mentor.
I created AskTom.chat with the core purpose of providing another medium to share what I have learned. As I have come to realise since launching it, it is also the first step on a three-step pathway for you to connect to my thinking to support your leadership.
Once you have worked first with AskTom.chat by asking your questions around leadership (of self and of your team or business), the second step is to go to my site and book either an ad hoc call or a longer call or meeting, with all proceeds for these paid calls going to my chosen charity, Maggie’s Centres.
The third level in the pathway is to, if it is the right fit, become a client. For several years, I have had no space for new clients, but in 2026, I have created “Yutori” (spaciousness) for one or two new clients to come forward. I wonder who might step forward?
