As I commonly do, am writing this daily post the day before it goes out at 8 am U.K. time, so here I am on a Sunday afternoon. Sometimes I am full of inspiration and ideas, sometimes less so.
Today is a “less so” day, perhaps as I was out on my bike for 4.5 hours this morning with my riding buddy the “Flying Pancake”, and also perhaps as I am simply taking this weekend to be still.
I’ve had lots of travel this year, particularly the last two or so months, so it is a welcome change to switch off this weekend (apart from said bike ride) and simply be still, sitting quietly at home,
There are many ways for me to “charge my batteries”. Often that comes via people and ideas, and the week ahead will see plenty of both. For now, though, I am charging the batteries by being still, so my apologies for today’s post being, in a way, a “non-post”.
