I love “simplicity on the other side of complexity“. However, when it comes to those seeking to lead change in complex, adaptive, emergent systems, (aka pretty much any business or organisation of any scale in our rapidly changing world), the language is often dense and detailed to the detriment of actually leading real change.
I was energised, then, when I saw this model on a recent LinkedIn post. I immediately loved it as It distils to simplicity the skills and roles necessary to lead change. I have nothing to add to it, it says it all!
