A call to Cayman Leaders to contact me to discuss where you are and whether it would be good timing and fit for us to work together in person in April.
After two years of the pandemic, which for Cayman for much of that time (until the last few months) has meant being in a Covid-zero “bubble”, many leaders have been in a reactive place, managing uncertainty and addressing whatever comes up in the short term. This approach has been understandable and necessary. Now, though, we can see “springtime” coming, and with it, the world is opening up, including Cayman.
I am coming home to Cayman for a month in April and am making myself available to work with a select number of leaders and their teams.
This may typically look like an offsite/retreat for anything from half a day to two days, time to take to work “on” the business/organisation proactively and looking out into the future, as opposed to the pandemic need of working “in” the business and focussing on the very near term. Over the years I have come to specialise in Cayman in working with leaders and their teams for such facilitated offsites, so very happy to be coming home for an extended period at a time of year that feels ideal for this.
So, today is a call to Leaders in Cayman to contact me to discuss where you are and whether it would be good timing and fit for us to work together in person in April.
PS for leaders in other countries who are regular readers, I am always open to work in any country (and most of my work is international), whether remotely or in person, but this particular post is focussed on my home country of Cayman, and I’m particularly excited to get home soon!
