No, this is not another post about Wordle, although yes, I am one of the many who wakes up each morning and solves the daily puzzle with my morning coffee. I mention Wordle simply as it is an example of the fact that I identify as someone who is good at solving problems, often not only fast but coming up with the ideal solution.
Sometimes, though, unlike a simple word puzzle, I can’t solve a problem. For some time now I’ve been facing a problem in life that I cannot find an answer for. It bothers me. It matters to me that there is a problem in this area of life. It sometimes even leaves me feeling depressed, yet still, there is no answer forthcoming.
When I do step away from the situation, though, I can clearly see that it will work itself out over time, simply that I am not in control of any of it, or of how much time it will take.
I simply need to be patient. As the saying goes, “everything will be ok in the end, if it is not ok, it’s not the end”.
I get it, yet this morning I simply woke up to the awareness that I find being patient hard sometimes.
Life is such a journey!
