Yesterday I had the wonderful opportunity to join Ian Sanders on a “Good Day Guided Walk” around the Soho area of central London as part of a group of six independent business people.
It was joyous, full of noticing (as per a post earlier this week called “noticing more“). Noticing what we saw as we walked slowly around. Noticing new places that Ian took us to and that I had never seen (including one wonderful secret community garden mere moments from Charing Cross Road!). Noticing what I felt and thought from shared thoughts of others. Wonderful!
Now that was one way I made sure I had a good day yesterday, but Ian shared a great question at one of our stops on his “Good Day Guided Walk”:
“What are the three must-have things you need to have a good day?”
Loved it!
For me, my first one is “Coffee”. My Second is “Connection” (to people, to ideas, to myself), my third also begins with C but is private 😉
What are your three things?
