The final step in the process of taking a diamond from the earth to a finished gemstone is polishing. In the language of the trade, “the more sparkle and brilliance a diamond has, the more beautiful it is, and the higher its value will be. It is this step of polishing that determines the fire, brilliance and scintillation the diamond will have.”
One way of looking at what I seek to do to live my purpose of #MakingPotentialPossible through working with my clients is that I polish diamonds. My clients are those who are already brilliant. My role, for those who are ready (#OpenLeadership is about being Brave, Hungry, Open and Humble) is to support them with polishing that diamond to an even higher level of “fire, brilliance, scintillation” so as to make an even more meaningful impact in the world.
