Things change, but the need to get unstuck is always there for some in some way. I help people get “Unstuck”.
A common question people ask when they meet for the first time is “what do you do?”. As my role isn’t common, sometimes I simply give a concise answer to one of the things people value in working with me by saying:
“I help people get “Unstuck””
Though I tend to work with my clients over a period of years to help them as thriving leaders achieve truly transformative change over time, I have also been told over and over by people that sitting down and having one conversation with me can help them “get unstuck”.
Knowing this, when the pandemic started I totally opened up my diary to have 40-minute calls with people, bookable in moments at my site here. At that time people were in “crisis management” mode, so that was one need I could help meet at that moment.
Things change, but the need to get unstuck is always there for some in some way.
At the current time, particularly for people in the UK, the economy is about to open, so after a few months of relatively limited activity, leaders are suddenly going to see lots of activity, from people coming back to the office (to varying levels), to re-opening businesses, even opening new ones as they see opportunities, and these are just a few of the “right now” areas of focus, let alone the “what’s next” to look at in 3-6 months, 6-12 months, or 1-3 years or more into the future.
In short, there is a lot to filter through to find focus and so make decisions. I’m told I have the ability to listen deeply then incisively help people distil down to what matters most and what to do next. In short, I help people get unstuck.
If you are feeling any of this sense of too many things happening “right now”, then I encourage you to seek out someone you can trust to listen deeply and then help you, too, get unstuck.
If you would like to talk to me, as always my diary is open.
